Select the Create Work Schedule Change Request button to open the Work Schedule Change Request page to initiate and submit a new request, then perform the following steps:
Select the Schedule Change Reason, and enter the Start Date, End Date, Schedule Type (i.e. Work Day, Off Day, or Holiday) Hours, and any associated comments, such as a description for why you are requesting the change.
If you wish the schedule information to repeat for specific days within a given period, select the check boxes for the corresponding days for which the schedule should repeat and enter a recurrence end date in the Until this Date field.
Select the Submit button to submit the change request.
Note: The Work Schedule Change Request form should not be used to request leave or overtime. The purpose of this form is to request a change to a work schedule. For example, if you are submitting a request for an Off Day or a reduction in hours, you must have already submitted a Leave Request. Similarly, if you are requesting an increase in hours, you must have already submitted an Overtime Request.
Select Submit to submit your work schedule change request.
